The best day your

team has all year

shouldn't vanish by Monday.

You put months into planning your strategy day or team offsite. Real photography turns it into stories your business can use all year, not a handful of blurry phone photos in a group chat.

What a strategy day looks like when

someone's actually watching for the

good bits

Every day runs differently. Here's the shape of a typical one.

BEFORE KICK-OFF

Arrivals and the room

The venue set up and ready, name tags, coffee in hand, first hellos. These frames set the scene for everything that follows.

MORNING SESSIONS

The thinking

Whiteboards filling up, sticky notes going everywhere, the person mid-sentence with the whole room leaning in. This is where your culture is actually visible.

BREAKS AND LUNCH

The connection

The unguarded stuff. Conversations that spill out of the session, the laughing, the colleagues from different offices finally meeting in person.

ACTIVITIES

The fun

Whether it's lawn bowls, a scavenger hunt or something braver, I'm in amongst it capturing the energy without slowing anything down.

BEFORE YOU WRAP

Team and individual frames

A relaxed whole-team photo while everyone's still buzzing, plus quick individual portraits if you'd like updated headshots ticked off on the same day.

The Approach

Hi, I'm Lauren. I photograph businesses across Geelong, Melbourne, regional Victoria and interstate, and my whole approach is built on capturing real moments as they happen.

On your team day, that means I work around your agenda, not the other way round. No stopping sessions for staged shots, no awkward posing, no one performing for the camera. I move quietly through the day and your team forgets I'm there within the first half hour.

With a background in education and years of photographing everyone from newborns to boardrooms, I'm comfortable in any room and good at putting people at ease, including the ones who swear they hate having their photo taken.

03

Internal culture

Newsletters, intranet, office walls, end of year wrap-ups. Photos remind your team why they like working together.

One day of photography, a year

of content

Where these images end up working for you.

01

Recruitment

Candidates want to see what it's actually like to work with you. Real photos of your real team beat stock imagery every single time.

02

LinkedIn and socials

Months of authentic content for your company page and your team's own profiles. People engage with people, not logos.

04

Website and about pages

Refresh your team page with images that look like your business today, not three restructures ago.

06

Headshots, sorted

Everyone's in the one place for once. Add individual portraits to the day and tick off a job that's impossible to organise any other time.

05

Reports and proposals

Annual reports, capability statements and pitch decks all land better with genuine imagery of your people at work.

FAQ’s

Tell me about

your day

Every team day is different, so I quote each one individually. Send through the basics and I'll come back to you within one business day with a tailored quote.

Not sure of the details yet? That's fine. Even a rough date and headcount is enough to start the conversation.

Photographing team days across Victoria and beyond

Lauren Naree Photography is based in Geelong and regularly photographs corporate events across the region, including the Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast, Torquay, Ocean Grove and Werribee.

I also travel for team days in Melbourne and its suburbs, Ballarat, Bendigo, the Great Ocean Road, and regional Victoria. Interstate offsites are welcome too. If your team is heading somewhere special for the day, I'll meet you there.

Planning an offsite at a winery, beach house or regional venue? Even better. Great locations make great photos, and travel is simply built into your quote.
